Are you an experienced Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist looking to take your career to the next level?

We are searching for a talented marketing professional to join our client’s team, leveraging research, data, and insights to drive business objectives. If you have a proven track record of building and executing multimedia brand campaigns from concept to completion, as well as hands-on expertise in digital marketing, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Data & Research:

    – Develop comprehensive marketing and brand campaigns, ensuring effective brand positioning and project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
    – Create brand briefs and plans that articulate value propositions and customer journeys while managing budgets effectively.
    – Oversee brand and production agencies throughout all stages of brand campaign projects, from concept approval to execution, including bookings and media scheduling.
    – Track and report on the performance of social media initiatives and campaigns.
    – Utilize brand trackers and maintain alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring strong consumer journey understanding.

    Digital Marketing:
    – Demonstrate advanced knowledge of various online marketing channels, including performance marketing (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads), social media, search engines, email, and mobile marketing.
    – Analyze data to optimize conversion rates and marketing ROI (mROI), employing performance analytics platforms such as Google Ads and GA4.
    – Monitor channel performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

    Data & Research:
    – Execute comprehensive market research initiatives to uncover customer preferences, trends, and industry insights.
    – Manage both internal and external research projects to align marketing strategies across target markets.
    – Present analytical findings and monthly reports to drive data-informed decision-making.

    Management & Leadership:
    – Communicate marketing objectives clearly and supervise team members and agencies to achieve set KPIs.
    – Employ leadership skills to motivate and guide the team while ensuring effective task delegation.
    – Offer constructive feedback and coach team members for personal and professional development.

    Skills Required:
    – Strong digital marketing expertise and analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
    – Proven success in launching brand campaigns and enhancing brand metrics.
    – Exceptional command of the English language and outstanding written communication proficiency.
    – Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Criteria for the Role:
    – 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or similar capacity.
    – Proven success in developing and executing multimedia brand and video campaigns.
    – Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems, YouTube, email marketing, and social media marketing.
    – Strong grasp of marketing research methodologies and implementation.
    – Proficient in tools such as Keynote, Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
