Responsibilities

• Building Predictive Models: Develop models to forecast property and vehicle prices—an exciting and impactful task!
• Identifying Data Improvement Opportunities: Proactively seek areas for data enhancement and business insights.
• Data Processing and Cleansing: Ensure the integrity and quality of data used for analysis through careful processing and cleansing.
• Developing Algorithms: Create and implement predictive algorithms that will enhance product offerings.
• Utilizing Machine Learning Techniques: Apply machine learning methods to improve data accuracy and insights.
• Creating Automated Anomaly Detection Systems: Develop and monitor systems that detect anomalies in performance metrics.
• Generating Insightful Reports: Produce reports that provide valuable insights from analyzed datasets and models for presentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence with a strong focus on data science.
  • Relevant qualification in Data Science or Statistics.
  • Proficient in data mining, statistical analysis, and mathematics.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (especially Python).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including clustering methods, neural networks, and boosting algorithms.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and patterns from data.
