In August 2020, amidst the turmoil caused by COVID-19, we established LG Talent Consultants (Pty) LTD with a profound purpose: to empower those who found themselves navigating the uncertainty of retrenchments and job losses. At that time, an alarming 2.2 million skilled professionals faced unemployment in South Africa. This crisis ignited a passionate commitment within us to not just help individuals find jobs, but to inspire them to rebuild their careers with confidence and purpose.

Through heartfelt discussions in workshops and webinars, both within our network and beyond, we listened to the challenges faced by job seekers.
